The 2026 International Cashmere Conference welcomes young professionals to participate in the Emerging Young  Leaders Initiative. The Program aims to build a bridge between them and industry leadership  for the next generation.

Selected participants will enjoy the following benefits: 

1. The 2026 International Cashmere Conference service fee will be charged at the Emerging Leaders preferential rate of  RMB 2,100 per person; 

2. Group presentation and introduction at the Emerging Young Leaders Initiative session of the Opening Ceremony of the Conference; 

3. Participation in the Emerging Young Leaders networking dinner and face-to-face  exchanges with industry leading figures and experts and scholars; 

4. Priority participation in subsequent youth exchange, international study tours and  professional training activities organized by the CWTA.

Eligibility criteria: 

1. Currently working in the cashmere and animal fiber related industry (including animal  fiber growing, processing, manufacturing, trade, branding, scientific research, testing); 

2. Having one's own interests and insights in fields that promote the development of the  animal fiber industry, such as management, innovation, technology, fashion design and  sustainable development; 

3. Having thoughts and passion for industry development and being willing to actively  participate in industry exchanges and cooperation; 

4. Aged 35 or below (born on or after December 9, 1991; age calculated as of the opening  day of the Conference). 

Please complete the application form below and send it（Scan the QR code at the end of the text and download attachment）, together with a copy of your ID  card or passport, to the CWTA e-mail box (cwta@vip.163.com) before November 13, with  the subject line of the e-mail indicating "2026 International Cashmere Conference – Emerging Young Leaders Initiative Application – Name". The organizer will review and  confirm the application within 5 working days after the application deadline. Approved  delegates shall pay the conference registration fee of RMB 2,100 per person into the account and within the period, indicating "International Cashmere Conference – Emerging Young  Leaders Initiative" when making the payment. Places are limited and applications will be  closed once the quota is full. Please register as soon as possible.
